Account & login

  • Register — use Register Now. Complete mobile OTP verification when prompted (MessageCentral where configured).
  • Forgot password — use Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset / OTP steps.
  • Session expired — sign in again from the correct portal (Member, Employer or Admin). Clear browser data if an old session lingers.
  • Wrong portal — members cannot open Admin tools; employers use /Employer/Login.

Jobs & applications

  • Browse jobs without login on Jobs / Opportunities.
  • Apply may require member login / OTP at submit time so your profile can be attached.
  • Track status under Member → My applications after you sign in.

Membership, payments & refunds

Membership and donation checkouts use configured payment gateways. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy. For billing disputes, open a support ticket after login or contact us with your transaction reference.
